Adam Malouf joins as Chief Operating Officer

Saffar has appointed Mr. Adam Malouf as Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for all group operations from a shared services, transactional and advisory perspective.
 
Adam brings to Saffar more than 14 years’ experience in both regional and international financing, deal structuring/restructuring and negotiation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and structured property transactions. In addition to his operational capacity, Adam will also be responsible for drawing on his extensive experience in corporate governance, strategy and board-level matters.
