Adam Malouf

Adam is the Chief Operating Officer for Saffar Holdings, and is also involved as part of his role in corporate governance, strategic and board-level matters.
 
Adam has an extensive operational and transactional background in banking and finance, funds management, corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance and institutional real estate, with over 14 years' experience in both regional and international financing, deal structuring/restructuring and negotiation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and property transactions. He is a qualified company director (Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors Mudara (DIFC) and a member of the International Who’s Who of Professionals.
 
Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Arabian Real Estate Investment Trust (AREIT), HSBC’s institutional real estate private equity business in the Middle East.
 
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, each from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
